Section 105 ILCS 5/28-20 - Definitions(a) For purposes of this Act the term instructional materials shall mean both print and non-print materials, including electronic textbooks, that are used in the educational process.(b) For purposes of this Article, "textbook" includes electronic or digital textbooks that are used for educational purposes.Amended by P.A. 096-1403,§ 5, eff. 7/29/2010.
