Section 67-3814 - PROHIBITED ACTIONSA local government that establishes a region, as defined in section 67-3803, Idaho Code, shall not:
(1) Make the issuance of a permit, license, or other authorization from the local government to a person who owns property in the region contingent on the person entering into a written contract to repay the financing of a qualified project through special assessments pursuant to this chapter; or(2) Otherwise compel a person who owns property in the region to enter into a written contract to repay the financing of a qualified project through special assessments.Added by 2024 Session Laws, ch. 239,sec. 1, eff. 7/1/2024.
