Section 54-1845 - ELIGIBILITY(1) A physician must meet the eligibility requirements as defined in section 54-1844(11), Idaho Code, to receive an expedited license under the terms and provisions of the compact.(2) A physician who does not meet the requirements of section 54-1844(11), Idaho Code, may obtain a license to practice medicine in a member state if the individual complies with all laws and requirements, other than the compact, relating to the issuance of a license to practice medicine in that state.[54-1845, added 2015, ch. 105, sec. 1, p. 250.]Added by 2015 Session Laws, ch. 105,sec. 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
