Section 31-3113 - CONTRACTED DUTIES OF PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS WITH CITIESProsecuting attorneys, with the unanimous approval of the board of county commissioners, and with the consent of the prosecuting attorney, may contract with any city within the county to prosecute nonconflicting misdemeanors and infractions.
