Section 26-31-312 - NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE LICENSING SYSTEM AND REGISTRY INFORMATION CHALLENGE PROCESS

The director shall establish a process whereby mortgage loan originators may challenge the information entered into the NMLSR by the director.
