Section 26-31-108 - REPORT TO NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE LICENSING SYSTEM AND REGISTRY

The director shall regularly report to the NMLSR violations of this chapter, as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information, subject to the provisions of section 26-31-315, Idaho Code.
