Section 708-895.6 - Unauthorized computer access in the second degree(1) A person commits the offense of unauthorized computer access in the second degree if the person knowingly accesses a computer, computer system, or computer network without authorization and thereby obtains information.(2) Unauthorized computer access in the second degree is a class B felony.Amended by L 2012, c 293, § 5, eff. 7/10/2012.
