Section 436H-9 - Powers and duties of the directorIn addition to any other powers and duties authorized by law, the director shall have the powers and duties to:
(1) Adopt, amend, and repeal rules in accordance with chapter 91 to carry out the purposes of this chapter;(2) Issue and renew registrations pursuant to this chapter and deny or refuse to renew registrations for failure to comply with this chapter;(3) Suspend or revoke any registration for any violation of this chapter, chapter 436B, or for any violation of rules adopted by the director pursuant to this chapter;(5) Administer, coordinate, and enforce this chapter.Added by L 2012, c 198, § 2, eff. 1/1/2013.
