Section 90-171.94 - [For Repeal, See Note] Applicability of compact

This Article is applicable only to nurses whose home states are determined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to have licensure requirements that are substantially equivalent or more stringent than those of North Carolina.

Repealed by 2017 N.C. Sess. Laws 140,s. 1, effective when at least 26 states have enacted the Nurse Licensure Compact set forth in 2017 N.C. Sess. Laws 140,s. 2, or 12/31/2018, whichever is earlier.
