Under 2005 revision, Probate Court does not have statutory authority to issue injunctive orders to third parties to carry out its decisions on behalf of a conserved person; probate bond requirement for conservators evinces a legislative policy that conservators are not entitled to quasi-judicial immunity for acts that are not authorized or approved by the Probate Court. 304 Conn. 234.
