Section 4-5-4 - Appraisal of condemned animals(a) For the purposes of § 4-5-3, the veterinarian and the agent assigned by the director shall constitute the board of appraisers, and the estimate of value by those two (2) persons is final, except as otherwise provided. Written notice of the amount of the appraisal, signed by the board of appraisers, is to be immediately given to the owner or claimant of the animal.
