Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Officers who serve subpoenas or other processes in connection with inquests held by district courts shall be paid their fees and expenses by the commonwealth as in criminal cases, in the same manner as the fees of witnesses are paid in criminal cases in said courts.
