Repealed by Acts 2010, c. 176,§ 1, eff. upon the date the restated articles of organization, as set forth in section 2 of the act, are filed with the state secretary under section 50B of chapter 175 of the General Laws; provided, however, that the restated articles of organization shall be filed by December 31, 2010.Amended by Acts 2004, c. 431,§ 23, eff. 3/16/2005.
