Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If any provision of this chapter except for section 5, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect the provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this chapter, except for section 5, shall be severable.
