Section 140:179 - Minors admitted to places of business

The keeper of a billiard, pool or sippio room or table, or place in which pictures are displayed upon the deposit of money in a coin controlled apparatus, who admits a minor under the age of eighteen thereto without the written consent of his parent or guardian, or the keeper of a bowling alley in which alcoholic beverages are sold who admits thereto a minor under the age of sixteen without such consent, shall forfeit ten dollars for the first and twenty dollars for each subsequent offence.
