Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The commissioner of youth services shall from time to time appoint a superintendent, chaplains and a physician of each of said schools and institutions, and shall, in accordance with law appoint all other officers and employees required at said schools and institutions and shall prescribe their duties.
