Section 40:7 - Removal of ice and snow from sidewalks in towns

Any town which accepts this section or has accepted corresponding provisions of earlier laws may appropriate money for the removal of snow and ice from its sidewalks, in accordance with the provisions of section six of chapter eighty-five. This section shall not apply to cities.
