Section 32A:17R - Coverage for treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome

The commission shall provide to any active or retired employee of the commonwealth who is insured under the group insurance commission coverage for treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome, including, but not limited to, the use of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy.

Added by Acts 2020, c. 260,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2021 and applicable to contracts that take effect or are renewed on or after 1/1/2022.
