Section 47-2884.17 - Rules and regulations

The Mayor, pursuant to [Chapter 5 of Title 2, § 2-501 et seq.], may issue rules to implement the provisions of this part.

Applicability of D.C. Law 20-61: Section 11001 of D.C. Law 20-61 provided that, except as otherwise provided, the act shall apply as of October 1, 2013.
