Section 5132 - Hindering or obstructing officer; penalties

Any person who shall hinder or obstruct in any way the Secretary of Agriculture, or any one of the inspectors, in the performance of official duties, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than 3 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
