Section 2103 - Unlawful conduct(a) Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce of this State shall be unlawful.(b) It is unlawful for a person to monopolize, attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other persons, to monopolize trade or commerce of this State.Amended by Laws 2023, ch. 462,s 2, eff. 9/30/2024.62 Del.
