Section 1353 - Decision upon application for renewal of license; time of making

On or before the first day of the month preceding the biennial expiration date of a license, the Commissioner shall render a decision upon every application properly and completely made to it on or before the first day of the third month preceding the biennial expiration date of a license.

Section 15 of the enacting legislation provides that this section takes effect upon the later of the following: (a) Publication in the Register of Regulations of a notice by the Controller General that the funds required to implement this Act have been appropriated. (b) Upon enactment.
