Section 1310 - Enforcement(a) Inspections and enforcement activities are to be conducted by the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement in accordance with Chapter 4 of this title.(b) The Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement may conduct administrative inspections under § 403 of this title. The Office of the Marijuana Commissioner may conduct administrative inspections of a premise licensed under any provision of this title at any time the licensee, employee of the licensee, or customer is upon the licensed premise.
