Section 3002 - Chair and executive committee; meetings(a) The Commission shall elect a Chair from among the members of the Commission.(b) An executive committee of the Commission consists of 7 members. The Commission Chair shall serve as Chair of the executive committee. The Chair may appoint the remaining 6 executive committee members after consultation with the Commission regarding which members to appoint.(c) The executive committee or Commission shall meet at least once a month.Amended by Laws 2017, ch. 171,s 2, eff. 9/14/2017.31 Del.
