Section 2702 - Assistance from other organizations(a) The Department of Health and Social Services may call on appropriate agencies, departments and institutions of the State and other political subdivisions to provide it with advice, information, consultation and assistance.(b) The Department of Health and Social Services may call on appropriate voluntary agencies and organizations for advice, information, consultation and assistance.48 Del.
