Section 1565 - Hold'em Poker tournament director(a) A sponsoring organization shall appoint a tournament director for each Texas Hold'em Poker tournament. Nothing shall preclude the sponsoring organization from having a member of the licensed third-party or charitable gaming vendor as tournament director.(b) The Texas Hold'em Poker tournament director shall be the final arbitrator of all disputes that occur during that tournament.Added by Laws 2013, ch. 199,s 4, eff. 2/25/2014.
