Section 1323 - Surrender of expired, revoked or suspended license; loss or destruction of license(a) Any person to whom the Board issued a registration or license under this chapter shall surrender such registration or license and all duplicate copies which have expired, or been revoked, suspended or surrendered.(b) Any person issued a registration or license by the Board that is lost or destroyed must inform the Section and at the discretion of the Director, a duplicate may be issued.Amended by Laws 2017, ch. 99,s 22, eff. 7/21/2017.24 Del.
