Section 1903 - Penalties; continuing violations(a) Whoever violates this chapter or any regulation lawfully adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200.(b) Each day that a violation is allowed to continue after notice of its existence shall constitute a separate offense.64 Del.
