Section 3012E - Emergency access to epinephrine autoinjectors
The Department shall do all of the following:
(1) Promote the safe use of epinephrine autoinjectors at institutions of higher education to reduce deaths from anaphylaxis.(2) Promulgate regulations to implement this subchapter.
