Section 5101 - Corporate status, membership and perpetuity(a) The University of Delaware, hereinafter referred to as "the University," is continued as a corporation and, as such, shall have perpetual succession and existence.(b) The members of the Board of Trustees of the University shall constitute the membership of the corporation.Code 1852, §§ 775, 781; 13 Del.
