(a) DSCYF, in its discretion, may award subsidy moneys to guardians of the child where the Court finds: (1) The grounds for guardianship have been met as set forth in this chapter; and(2) The child was in the custody of DSCYF for a period of at least 1 year.(b) The amount and duration of the subsidy shall be in the sole discretion of DSCYF.Amended by Laws 2023 , ch. 128, s 12, eff. 1/27/2024.Amended by Laws 2013 , ch. 246, s 1, eff. 6/10/2014.73 Del.
