1.All hearings before the port authority, including the taking of testimony, shall be governed by rules to be adopted and prescribed by it.2.In any investigation, inquiry or hearing before the port authority, a commissioner or an officer conducting the investigation, inquiry or hearing may confer immunity in accordance with the provisions of section 50.20 of the criminal procedure law.3.No commissioner or employee of the port authority shall be required to give testimony in any civil suit to which the port authority is not a party with regard to information obtained by him in the discharge of his official duty.N.Y.
