Section 24-60-910 - Budget submitted

Pursuant to article VI (a) of the compact, the vehicle equipment safety commission shall submit its budgets to the executive director of the department of revenue for recommendation and submission to the office of state planning and budgeting pursuant to part 3 of article 37 of this title.
