Section 18-5-107 - Criminal possession of second degree forged instrument

A person commits a petty offense, when, with knowledge that it is forged, and with intent to defraud, the person possesses any forged instrument of a kind covered by section 18-5-104.

Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
