Section 11-49-109 - Violation

Any person acting in the capacity of a provider who enters into a life care contract, or extends the term of an existing life care contract, without acting in compliance with the provisions of this article 49 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.

(1) This section is similar to former § 12-13-112 as it existed prior to 2017.

(2) Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
