Section 8-644 - Exempt highway-rail grade crossing plaque(a) The Administration may erect an exempt highway-rail grade crossing plaque at each railroad grade crossing in the State that is no longer in use by a railroad.(b) The design and placement of a plaque erected under this section shall be in accordance with the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.Added by 2017 Md.
