Section 8-501 - "Federal acts" defined
In this subtitle, "federal acts" means:
(1) The federal-aid highway acts of the United States Congress;(2) The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970; and(3) Any rule or regulation adopted under any of these acts.
