(a) On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly that includes:(1) The status of Vision Zero; (2) The activities, and any findings and recommendations, of the coordinator; and(3) a summary of each quarterly public meeting held in the previous year.(b) The Department shall make the report required under subsection (a) of this section available on its website.Amended by 2024 Md.
