Section 22-205 - Unlawful activities(a) A public employer is prohibited from engaging in a lockout.(b) Public employees are prohibited from engaging in a strike.(c) A public employer or an employee organization may not interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce, or discriminate against a public employee because the public employee exercises rights granted under this title.Added by 2023 Md.
