Section 17-501 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "eMaryland Marketplace" has the meaning stated in § 13-101 of this article.(c) "Procurement" means procurement by competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals, or noncompetitive negotiation.
