Section 15-309 - Display of license; notice of change of address(a) Each licensee shall keep a license and collaboration agreement for inspection at the primary place of business of the licensee.(b)(1) Each licensee shall give the Board written notice of any change of name or address within 60 days of the date of the change.(2) A licensee who fails to comply with this subsection is subject to an administrative penalty of $100.(c) The Board may audit and review collaboration agreements kept by the licensee at the primary place of business of the licensee at any time.(d) A physician assistant who fails to produce a collaboration agreement to the Board on request is subject to an administrative penalty as established in regulations.Amended by 2024 Md.
