Section 9-1734 - Enforcement(a) The provisions of § 9-342 of this title apply to enforce violations of this part.(b) The Department shall deposit any penalty collected under this section into the State Recycling Trust Fund established under § 9-1707 of this subtitle.Added by 2024 Md.
