Section 13-305 - Meetings; compensation(a)(1) The Council shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places that it determines.(2) A majority of the members of the Council is a quorum.(3) An action of the Council is not effective unless approved by majority vote of all members of the Council.(b) A member of the Council: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Council; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses.Amended by 2014 Md.
