Section 12-813 - Exemption from taxation(a) The property owned or held by and the revenues of the Authority are exempt from taxation of every kind by the State or any county, municipal corporation, or public unit.(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, on a request of the Authority, the county, by local law, may provide for a negotiated payment in lieu of taxes for property owned or held by the Authority.Added by 2022 Md.
