Section 11-309 - Committees(a)(1) The Board shall establish a finance committee.(2) The treasurer of the Board chairs the finance committee and oversees the finances of the authority.(b)(1) The Board may establish other committees as appropriate.(2) The membership of a committee may include individuals who are not Board members.
