Section 10-463 - Definitions(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Commercialization" means the process of introducing a new product or technology into the market.(c)(1) "Cybersecurity" means information technology security.(2) "Cybersecurity" includes the protection of networked devices, networks, programs, and data from unintended or unauthorized access, change, or destruction.(d) "Fund" means the Cybersecurity Investment Fund established under § 10-464 of this subtitle.Amended by 2020 Md.
