Section 10-1002 - [Expires 7/1/2029] Establishment(a) There is a Maryland Thoroughbred Racetrack Operating Authority.(b) The Authority is a body politic and corporate and is an instrumentality of the State.(c) The exercise by the Authority of a power under this subtitle is the performance of an essential governmental function.Added by 2023 Md.
