Section 10-133 - Annual report(a) On or before October 1 of each year, the Corporation shall submit a report to the Governor, the Maryland Economic Development Commission, and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.(b) The report shall include a complete operating and financial statement and summarize the activities of the Corporation during the preceding fiscal year.Renumbered from § -10-132 by 2022 Md.
