Section 10-105 - Established(a) There is a Maryland Economic Development Corporation.(b) The Corporation is a body politic and corporate and is an instrumentality of the State.(c) The exercise by the Corporation of a power under this subtitle is the performance of an essential governmental function.Amended without change by 2022 Md.
