Section 4-608 - Ownership and maintenance of artwork(a) All artwork funded by the Program is the property of the Commission.(b) In cooperation with the Department of General Services, the Commission is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and preservation of all artwork acquired through the Program.Amended by 2013 Md.
